โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โWe enjoyed our stay! We had a great time celebrating a special birthday and the Hyatt was clean and comfortable. Kendra was really helpful and made the birthday experience awesome with beautiful balloons! โ
