“Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”

“We have just returned from a lovely overnight stay at Tyn y Coed to celebrate my boyfriends Birthday, couldn't fault a thing, staff couldn't do enough for us, room was clean, warm and comfortable, the food was outstanding,we ate our evening meal there and also breakfast which was delicious. “Limited parking at hotel, you’d have to get there early for a space. Checking was easy, not accessible hotel not lifts and a lot of stairs. Location good on high street with lots of shops about. Cleanliness of room was good, paid for deluxe room the advertised ‘king bed’ was two singles pushed together and was very hard, really bad sleep. Told as we arrived that they had no hot water, they told us we could go elsewhere if we wanted but it was a bank holiday weekend and no availability elsewhere...
