"The inside of the hotel, the lobby and the restaurant are lovely. The staff were very friendly. The coffee maker in our room was broken. In the bathroom there was a very long strand of hair left on the wall from the previous guest. That was a little gross. "

"I stayed in the DC area for a brief weekend. The staff was attentive both physically and virtually through text messages. The staff was very helpful especially when I locked myself out my room early in the morning and came quick to fix my fridge. The only thing that could’ve made my stay better is if there was a pool but, their fitness center was great. I would stay again if ever in the area. "

"Very disappointed with housekeeping service. On day 1 I asked for my shower curtain to be replaced because it was mouldy and it smelled really badly (this never got done), on day 2 my room was not serviced at all, I had to ask reception team (all of them very lovely) to send someone to clean my room, eventually around 6pm someone came who didn’t speak any English, she only emptied the bins and left. When I came back to the room, I found her dirty gloves on my desk. Nothing was replenished or cleaned. I’m a very clean person and this is not the service I was expecting to get. This really put a downer on my stay at the nell hotel as I started wondering if my room got properly cleaned after the previous guests."
