"We arrived and my husband was not feeling well so I asked front desk where I could get soup. Apparently soup is hard to come by in Milano 😂 so they offered to make him a soup, even though it was not on their menu. That was amazing! The young lady in the restaurant (Adele) as well as ALL of front desk personnel were so kind and attentive. Would absolutely go back."

"Perfect size and location in a clean and friendly hotel. It’s on a lovely quiet side street that’s just minutes from the castle, duomo, galleria, shopping and restaurants. Our air conditioner was a little slow to start after a long and hot walking tour, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. Would definitely stay here again"
