“I would choose a different property if possible. The shower didn’t work, the maintenance guy came and looked at it. However, he was not able to fix it until the next morning. I did not receive a phone call apologizing or never heard anything from anyone. ”

First, the condo is on the 3rd floor. I was unaware of this fact until a few days before. This property does not have an elevator. “The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! ”

“Studio condo average. No shower clothes line. No hair dryer no spoons no ice bucket. Asked for more towels never got them. Chairs on balcony cheap. Great ocean view pool lovely with swim up bar.
