2/10 Terrible

"Simply stay away. Find a better hotel or pay more to stay at another place. The hotel is disgusting, in a bad shape, and it is really dirty. When we entered the room, it looked like someone took a nap before we got there. The cover in the closet was just thrown there not even folded. There is no hook for the shower head, you have to hold it the whole time. The shower head hose is broken, the water spreads everywhere. The floor towel was dirty. The baseboards were all separating from the walls. Bugs and roaches everywhere. I booked this hotel despite the bad reviews, because it was conveniently located, and we thought it was for one night, how bad could it be? Unfortunately, the answer is it was really bad, beyond what I imagined. BTW, we asked to change the room at the front desk attendant was rude and dismissive of our concerns. He reluctantly gave us another room, which was just as bad as the first one."
