"The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are nice, but the location was a major disappointment for me. I was traveling alone without a car, and the hotel was much more isolated than I had expected when I booked it. There is very little within walking distance — no convenient restaurants, convenience stores, or easy access to a beach or other places to visit. More importantly, the roads around the hotel do not have sidewalks, so I did not feel safe walking along them. The hotel staff also confirmed that walking to nearby restaurants or attractions was not recommended. As a result, I had to use Kakao Taxi every time I wanted to go anywhere, including getting back to the bus terminal. This quickly adds extra cost and makes the stay much less convenient if you do not have a car. I had originally booked two nights, but I decided to leave after only one night and return to Seoul earlier than planned. For someone with a car who is looking for a quiet and secluded place, this hotel may be a good choice. However, for a solo traveler who relies on public transportation and likes to be able to walk to restaurants, the beach, shops, or simply go for a walk, I would not recommend this location."

"The location is great and staff is very friendly, but based on US standard it felt little disorganized and has this smell on all the floors. But for few days stay and location close to Busan station it is not a bad place to stay."

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."

"Excellent hotel with great service. We were taken aback by the time limit at the pool, especially since we were the only ones there and we never actually got in the pool, but we also understand that many high end hotels have such a limit in South Korea. It just felt a bit strange to get kicked out when we were just sitting on a chair. Otherwise, if being limited to an hour at the pool isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was perfect."
