Our stay was horrible, the apartment was dirty , there was only 4 towel and they were of poor quality, no pots or oven trays to cook with when we arrived and there was no extra bed, I contacted the owner and he said he would send a cleaner and bring a bed . We went out for a few hours and when we returned there was no sign of anything being delivered, so I called again and around 9pm that evening he arrived with a cheap set of pans and 1 tray for kitchen, and a duvet and pillow but not bed so one of my grandchildren had to sleep on a stained mattress that we found in a cupboard .He promised he would bring a bed the next day, I called your support team that night for help and support to be told they would contact the owner. I phoned your team and the owner numerous times to no avail. The apartment shower and wash basin was slow to drain and smelly there were no extractor fans, no toiletries, The windows did not close properly and had no safety catches ,this was very dangerous as we were three floors up .This is not a suitable place for a family. I can get you photos as my daughter has them on her phone. I have told all this to Gabrielle in customer support but she told me she can not do anything for me. I am very disappointed with your customer support
