“The house was nice and convenient! we stayed in the upper back room and air conditioning was not able to keep you comfortable at night!”

“Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs”

“The wifi sucked. It constantly disconnected and had to be reconnected. The wifi was unsecured so my phone security had to block a phishing attempt. The staff was polite. The room was clean & quiet.”

“I was very disappointed in our stay. The staff was pleasant. Elevators were not working and we were on third floor however we had help with luggage. Ice machine not working so had to go to main building. TV not working properly. Leak above our closet so therefore some of our clothing got wet.”

“The Inn was cozy and very clean and neat. The owners were very considerate towards dietary needs and worked hard to make breakfast pleasant and informative. I enjoyed the assistance they gave with both general and detailed knowledge of the local area and history. It was also a very convenient walk to the beach and I appreciate them letting us some beach chairs for the day. We had a very quiet and restful stay.”

“First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. Neither Expedia nor the property's own listings make this clear. They need to be honest about this in their advertising. Second, privacy and security are real concerns. My suite's sliding door opens essentially straight onto the beach with no barrier — I never felt safe leaving it open to hear the waves,...
