“We stayed in the bowerbird cabin and it was magical. We’d go back in a heartbeat. The area was serene and there was wrap around windows, seeing the trees, hearing the birds and the rain drizzling the entire time felt like we were in another world. The ambiance of the warm lighting and little electrical imitation fire place was cosy and we spent many quiet moments snuggled together under a blanket on the couch in front of it. The cabin was a perfect base for our hiking trips. Exploring the land...

“Staff communications mix up placed us in an upgraded room and an hour later we were told we had to shift rooms the next morning. Staff helped with the move.Room lacked table and chairs making do with 2 lounge chairs and a tea trolley. toilet ran out of flushing water on several occasions during the night. Bed OK but doona much too heavy. Lovely setting, too bad bar and restaurant only open at weekends. We would not return.”

“I booked for Rhapsody becuase it was highly praised for the stunning view from the rooms. So, I booked for "ocean view" room even it cost extra more. However, I was given the room on second floor which gave me more of a street view than an ocean view. I was told that Rhapsody is very popular so all the other higher floors are already full and I should have made a special request about high level. I decided to let it pass because there was a great view at the rooftop terrace and guest lounge. But...
