"Excellent location on the Grand Via. My only recommendation, in my opinion, would be is to skip the upgraded hot tub room. The tub had a strong musty odor and was barely warm. I did bring it to the attention of the staff, who were most helpful, and was told a technician would look at it while we were out for the day. On one early morning the lock jammed shut n the only toilets/shower available, with no one inside, and it took time for us to realise that no one was inside; so the facilities were out of use for an hour. However once the reception was staffed the staff sorted out the problem very quickly. Overall this was a very good place to stay, exceptionally convenient, and I would strongly recommend it."
