“I've stayed here before, and I was expecting to find a breakfast buffet -- perhaps that is something that's only available when the hotel is really full? The breakfast menu is rather uninspiring, but really, that was the only disappointing part of my stay. Otherwise, it's a great location and reasonably-priced.”

“Everything was good. Wish they still had coffee makers/amenities(coffee, tea) in room like website stated.”

“It was reasonable. But don't expect too much.”

“unkind front desk staff. should have been trained for much more customer friendly manner especially when they talk on the phone”

“Great!”

“With our initial room smelling of mildew, the second one was no better, the AC worked when it wanted to, mind you it was literally freezing temperatures the night we stayed. The light were inconsistent, through out the room, with outlets being painted over completely, so we only had one working outlet. “We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Clean Facility”

“The property has been updated and was clean. Our room was clean, breakfast was ok. My only complaint was on our last night at 2:30AM someone was trying to get into our room. To have to wake up to the door banging against the extra security lock was horrifying as we are in our late 70's I thought I was going to have a heart attack. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work in the room, so my husband had to go to the front desk and complain. He was told that the computer did...

“There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people.”
