“Fantastic stay in Sand Club apartment, thank you. Everything was great, very clean, well provisioned and convenient, and close to decent amenities. Good shower and plenty of towels and dish cloths. Good bed and bedding. Slight drain smell in bathroom but cleared when we opened the window. Pool was clean and a good size but was, unfortunately, freezing, but then it is December! “We had a great stay. We booked a premium apartment and it was spotless - very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. There was no air con but we stayed in February so this wasn’t a problem. “Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk...
