“Location! Location! Location! Sunsets in the park across the street are amazing. 2nd fl balcony was perfect. Beautiful lush property. Room was spacious, new and spotless. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Loved the padded chair and small table. Room service with nice menu. GREAT Breakfast. And the pool area and tiki bar. What’s not to love? Will stay here every time I am in The Keys.”

“The grounds were nice and taken care of. The pool in the center of the hotel was a little dirty. The cleaning staff was not so good. We left the hotel at 9am every day and when we returned our room was not serviced. We had to either go get towels or text or call to request towels. When they came with the towels we had to get the old used towels and give them to the staff. “Inexpensive location to stay in Marathon. The room was cozy with air conditioning, and a living room with a table, kitchen, tv, and couch. No front desk but we were able to check in ahead of schedule. Quick drive to the middle of the Key where there were most of the restaurants. There was a bar walking distance. View of 7 mile bridge from property and Isla Market right down the street.”

“My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats.
