“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”

“The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. Suggestions would be some planters, flowers, benches, ice machines. I believe this would draw more visitors. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this place...

“The room was clean and seems pretty new. First night we couldn’t sleep because of a next room having three kids. Next day we complained and the staff were helpful and changed the room. We asked them someone to move our stuff but we came back late and we found no one moved anything. We had to Pack and to carry our luggage to a lower floor! There is no lifts in the property!!! My 13 year old had to carry the heavy luggage. Next day, r found the AC was dripping water and made the carpet wet. In...

“Clean comfortable well maintained hotel. Acceptable breakfast. If your crew is 5 choose king bed and sofa bed room. They don’t accommodate extrabed in the two queen beds room. They gave us room with small kitchen and utensils it was good [this room has dish washer too!!] but you need to bring you dish washer soap. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Very helpful staff. Parking was easy. The room was very clean, and nicely laid out and decorated for a quick stay. Staff asked about any issues and quickly wrote down any details. I liked there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't like the "fake windows" and feel that I should have known in advance, but I would stay here again now that I know.”
