"Staff was excellent and very welcoming. Security was great in assisting us at night with transportation. Our family has stayed here before and will continue to stay here again. "

"We stayed here for one night because we had an early flight the next day. We dropped off our rental and chose to walk over to the hotel (across a pedestrian bridge). Check-in was easy and we set up airport transportation for the morning (they also offered a wake up call but we declined). Room was clean, AC was refreshing. We walked to one of the restaurants that is close by for dinner. Only thing I personally did not like was that there was a very strong fragrance being pumped in as we walked in and our room also had a strong smell - these were NOT odors, they were definitely some type of scented air freshener. I just am sensitive to fragrances. Luckily, in our room, once we had the AC going it wasn't noticeable anymore. This is just a personal preference of mine and wouldn't deter me from staying there again."

"Everything was excellent but the fact I asked. the front desk for ice , there was no ice. And I had to go walking in 100 degree weather for the ice. To get it myself walking to the nearest Oxxo. That’s not what I expected. And nobody from the staff was willing to do anything about it. "
