"The location is the best aspect of this property (plus free parking). If you squint, it appears to be nicer than your average Hampton, but it does need refreshing in the public areas. Chairs at breakfast were stained. The rooms are spacious, ours had king bed, large coffee nook with sink, fridge, and microwave, table/chairs, armchair, one wireless charger, and plenty of room for bags and stuff. Breakfast was complete but average. There are two EV chargers that apparently cost about $3(!) per kWh. Water/coffee are in the lobby all day and cookies available in the PM.
The room itself felt fresh but unfortunately the bathroom was less than clean. The toilet was loose and featured an ugly amateurish attempt to caulk the base. The caulk in the shower was also poorly done. Grout on the floor and the shower floor had streaks of mold, and there was orange goo around the edges and particularly slimy on the threshold. I mentioned it at checkout and was thanked but no offer was made to compensate.
I still recommend staying there due to location and price, but take a look before accepting your room. Another room in our group reported their bathroom was clean."
