"This hotel is a DUMP. My goal for our beach vacation was to find an affordable room with balcony. The Radisson checked those boxes. Sadly, the place was disappointing in every other way. It is old, dirty and in much need of repair. We arrived on a Sunday evening to find no parking at the hotel. We were told there was a concert in town and the parking spots had been sold to others, and it would be better after that night. Wrong. Precious few spots are at the hotel and if you lose that lottery, you’re expected to park across the street or down the street. Check-in time is 4 pm. We arrived at 5 and the room still wasn’t ready. I have no idea why, because the floor had not been mopped. Walking barefoot through the room turned our feet black within minutes. Our room was on the 5th floor, and the elevators take MINUTES to arrive at your floor. We were told that housekeeping would service the room every 3rd day, and we didn’t realize our room didn’t have a Do Not Disturb doorhanger until housekeeping knocked once and then entered our room (with me in the shower) the next day! There was a leak in the room or bathroom above us, and overnight the ceiling dripped enough to soak my bag of BOOKS. We reported it & it was patched (badly) that afternoon. No breakfast provided – and we knew that – but there is water and coffee in the lobby. The coffee is right next to a trash can, so covered with gnats. We found a live roach in our room on day 2. We will not be back."

"The floor was not clean in our bathroom in the room. Had an issue with our kids on the slide. They had previously been on the waterslide in September well this time I guess all of a sudden they were too short so they were banned from the slide. The swim up bar was not stocked. Would not accept LA wallet as a form of id. The morning we left someone made the fire alarm go off. Wasn't happy this go round with our stay."

"Breakfast was really good. Check in was a little slow. Room was clean. The bathroom door hinges needed WD40. Made loud sound. Also the drawer for clothes was to close to door side which made walk way to bathroom and door a bit narrow. Made it easy to hit your legs. Other than that would stay again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel was excellent! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring New Orleans. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and many of the city’s most popular attractions. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality and willingness to assist with recommendations, directions, and any questions made us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Bourbon Orleans Hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans."

"The Property was great, nice location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is out the back door and pool area is nice as well. Staff was very attentive and greeted you when you sat at poolside. Now my dislikes: we were on on 9th Floor which you think would be awesome, but it’s the top floor and you don’t have a see thru balcony, it’s a concrete wall with a small slit for a rail to sit on top of and the chairs for the balcony are so short you can’t see the beach. You really should think about a high top chair and table for that floor since you can’t see anything. Then the AC units are right there and they are very loud so you can’t really enjoy the beach life with the AC running constantly. Also wifi is only for 2 people, why? Should be for all who stay. Second there is a Service fee they charge you for…. Ok no big deal but that services fee is for a photo, bike rental two water bottles per day?? To me you’re better off giving your Hotel Guess a Discount for Chairs and Umbrella instead! Two chairs and an umbrella cost $101 from 9am-7pm which has 10% fee as well when getting them!! To me we pay to stay at this hotel you should give a BIG discount maybe 2 chairs and umbrella for $40 a day??? That would make it more affordable for those with families that come to your resort to stay who maybe fly in and do not have these available to them. We took the Shuttle that they recommended back to airport and William was great, on time and very informative!"

"The property now charges 15$ a day to park in the parking lot . This is not listed on the site . The lady working the front desk is VERY RUDE ! Other staff where very nice and helpful ."
