"First things First, while in transit to the hotel I got an email from them saying I needed to pay before 6pm or my reservation would be canceled, i called and explained to them that when booking online I chose the option to pay at the property, I was told that because people make reservations and don't show up therefore they needed payment, which i did, upon arrival I spoke to Umme at the front desk, she was very nice and allowed us to check in early, without an additional charge. When we got to our suite, the space was adequate but it looked as though it hadn't been deep cleaned in a few years! The bathroom had an upgrade maybe a few years ago, but didn't look very clean, so we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean before touching anything, because neither the bedroom nor bathroom seemed very clean, but hey it's oceanfront so it'll be ok..well the only USB and outlet bedside didn't work, and the toilet ran nonstop, they came and fixed both but we also had to buy an extension cord to reach the other side of the bed. Getting ready for check out, I took the pillowcase off one of the pillows to find dried blood! Please, if you book here beware. Maybe it was just our room, was not good. But the balcony was huge and the LG TV's were nice, and the water in the shower was hot and had nice pressure, there were little wins which I wish were more but it wasn't"
