“The property is an active construction site. The room is fairly shabby. The pillows feel like they’re made of cast iron and the pull out sleeper bed had a tear in the lining so the mattress sank in one of the corners. Location is great, right on the Gulf. When the construction is finished the new rooms will be worth the price. In its current state it’s overpriced.”

“I love everything about this hotel”

“Very accommodating, staff was very, very friendly all around the whole vicinity very much enjoyed all the activities the music and everything they had to offer little expensive on the food at the restaurant, but I guess you get what you get all. I know it was wonderful and easy access to all other locations around you. I’ll be back.”

“Newly renovated, excellent location, quiet and safe for solo travelers.”

“Tween is a beautiful well-maintained piece of property with an awesome stretch of beach that feels completely private and untouched. Cute restaurants are close , but everything closes down early and there is not a lot for kids to do aside from use the beach and pool. In general, people on this island are not the most friendly - everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.”

Advertised 30% off of spa treatments, but wouldn't let my daughter (10 years get a massage with me, and then when we asked...

“So adorable! Beautiful room. Loved riding the bikes. Perfect for a getaway!”

“It would be nice to have more extra blankets in the unit and hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was perfect!”

“The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk.”

“Makes you feel at home. Impeccably kept. Joe and Maureen give attention to details and think of guest convenience and hospitality. Excellent location. Steps from beach and little stores. Sanibel is gorgeous and chill, and so is Tarpon Tales Inn.”
