“The room looked nothing like the one photo. The actual room was more like an old emptied out ex-kebab shop with a bed. Neither the air-con nor the fridge worked. There was an exposed power converter unit on top of the headboard, just sitting there out in the open waiting for someone to poke a finger in. The building itself should be condemned. Maybe it was. Nails and bits of wood on the floor in the rickety elevator, with the floor number selection buttons flickering precariously, making each...

“Hem hotels com hemde otel hizmeti cok kötüydü”

“Rooms are smaller than expected.”

Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

“Very professional service with their real enthusaism.”
