"The room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, with excellent water pressure and a convenient location. The hotel was under renovation, but we were informed about possible noise at check-in and that was not an issue.
Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Our room temperature was 77°F (25°C), and when I called the front desk I was simply told to turn off the heat and open the window. A fan was only provided later after another complaint.
I later became sick and tried to order room service using the tablet in the room, which listed drinks, breakfast, brunch, and desserts. When the order didn’t work, we were told the restaurant was closed due to renovations. There was no notice of this, and the tablet menu was misleading.
We contacted Expedia hoping the hotel could at least suggest nearby restaurants since my husband doesn’t speak Korean, but the hotel representative was reportedly rude and only offered partial reimbursement if we checked out within 30 minutes—even though I was sick.
The room and location were good, but the lack of communication and poor customer service affected our overall experience."
