"I paid a special rate for this so I was not disappointed really and the location is fantastic. It is fit for purpose and really such a good location. Staff is generally good except one valet guy that made me wait for luggage stored with them and instead attending to multiple cars coming i am like, i was here first, the car came after i was stnading here. so that was frustrating but overall the staff is good and the staff servicing the room was super duper good"

"I choose Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach hotel because it has rooms that fits up to 6 people. That's great for families with kids. And because it is close to the beach, about 4 min walk. Staff were helpful and let us check in earlier. Breakfast was good. I would suggest adding fresh veggies and potatoes wedges every day. Free reusable bottles and water dispensers on site are awesome idea! Very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend to look into it."

"This is a great Waikiki Beach location. Just one block off the beach, and close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Can't say enough about the staff. Everyone from Front Desk, Breakfast Wait Staff, Housekeeping and Bell Service was fantastic. Definitely a "will come back" on our Oahu list!"
