"Location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pier is a 15min walk. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking somewhere to stay at. "

"Hello Lorraine Clark & other Hyatt Pike Staff, My stay at the Hyatt Centric Pike was very nice, right until I was forced to cut it short due to health concerns. Your staff performed admirably the whole time I was there, and through my departure. I can't thank you enough. Dealing with heart damage is a scary ordeal on any given day, but especially when you are far away from home. I appreciate the 2:00pm wellness call the front desk sent to my room, the care with which I was treated with, and the follow up email showing concern for me. I was admitted to the hospital the following day and discharged the day after that, after tests proved my heart function had decreased to 40%. Though I won't be traveling any time soon, again, I will have a lovely memory of my stay at the Hyatt Centric Pike in Long Beach. Thank you & God bless you all! Dr. h.c. Katherine Orho, C.S.M. "
