"I booked a King room with a balcony which was priced higher than a standard King room. When we checked in we were told the room type was not available. We were not compensated or refunded the difference of the room. It was only $30 but still it wasn’t what we paid for. Chose the location due to it’s proximity to the Convention Center for a concert we were attending. Also because it’s walking distance to my favorite breakfast spot. I’ve stayed here before and had a much better experience. We did not use the $15 f&b credit as we were not in the room long enough to do so. The shower had decent pressure, although the shower head could be updated. Overall, an affordable hotel, conveniently located to the activities I come to town for."
