"The place was great. The staff was exceptional and very knowledgeable. My only complaint was that there was a concert at a stadium near the Queen Mary. They did not provide parking where the guest parking was. That parking was reserved for concert goers. The parking was located in a lot about a 10minute shuttle ride away. It was very inconvenient to get to your car since one shuttle came by about every half hour."
