"The ease of the check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff provided excellent service and made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean, a bit outdated for the upgrade which they gave us. The carpet was a little outdated for being the Hyatt. The room was clean and very spacious. The experience on the food downstairs was a bit different, the sausages in the burrito were over cooked and the scrambled eggs a bit dry. The regular breakfast was better except the sausage. The rest of the menu options were fantastic and the coffee was definitely gourmet fresh. Housekeeping was on top of their game, helpful, always with a smile, excellent service. Great hospitality. I give them a 10 plus. ❤️🔥"

"Had a lovely stay at Kasa! It's a boutique hotel but it provided everything I needed. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated & well maintained. Front desk staff was super friendly & helped with all my questions. The pool is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Save yourself the trouble of researching accommodations and lodging in Long Beach and just stay here! Location is perfect. Juice/acai bowl/smoothie place next door is open until 8 pm. Liquor store a block away will have whatever you forgot. Pat makes coffee in the morning but the cafe on the corner has the standard coffee drinks for your morning caffeine needs. 4th street is a few minutes walk up the street. The beach, art museum (and Claire’s) is a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. Walk a few blocks down Broadway and you find a wine bar and some cute restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable and I loved wandering about and admiring the lovely gardens. But more importantly, support a wonderful small business and keep your hard earned dollars in the community you’re visiting. Pat is the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make your stay special. This will be my go to spot when I’m in the LBC!"

"I had an excellent experience! The hotel has a lovely architecture and is located in the heart of Long Beach. You are a walking distance from the beach, the convention center, 20 min walking distance to t he aquarium of the pacific, shopping center and shoreline marina. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern, very clean, cozy, relaxing and very peaceful. I really had a good rest after a long day. I highly recommend it . Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
