“Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night.
A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.”

“What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x”

“The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. The property is unsupervised and there's no way to contact management in the evening and a telephone assistant is not based in the UK.
The room is tired, the classes in the bathroom are not clean, bedding needs to be undated, a door stopper is...
