“Very convenient location for the Royal Bath & West Showground. Owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was a little small but contained everything we needed and was very comfortable. We ate here on both nights of our stay and the food was great. Breakfast was also lovely. The room would benefit from a few cosmetic improvements but we would certainly stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hotel, our standard room was of a very generous size, much bigger than a lot of hotels which was very pleasing. The Hotel throughout was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the cost was very reasonable, there was always plenty of parking spaces in the car park, and we will definitely visits again, the Hotel exceeded our expectations.”

Where the property does not do well is the restaurant where basic instructions like needing to order from the bar are not given. More confusing was that if you wanted dessert, you ordered that from the table. Staff never checked in on food...

I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight.
