"The staff at Randolph was amazing. My husband had a medical emergency and we needed a place to stay after his discharge. Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room when we were having credit card issues. They were genuinely concerned about his health and thankful for his service in the military. Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!"

"The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again. "

"Don’t eat the breakfast!! Inedible for what was actually offered. The eggs were one solid gelatinous pile. Waffle batter was positively vile. "

"The room was very clean. The linen and bedding was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal. The gym was very sufficiently functional. The staff was very helpful. Definitely would stay there again, but wish they had dressers. I also would like it if they were stands on both sides of the bed and not just one nightstand."

"Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee was helpful, very kind and caring at check-in, my only complaints are small but significant.... Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary "
