“The front desk staff was not the friendliest. While doung check in she was on a facetime time call, which for privacy reasons i dont think was ideal. The pool has a sign that literally says to ask the front desk for towels which I did, since I took my kids swimming, front desk response was "Were there no towels in your room?" “I would rate this stay 2 stars. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the price and how it was advertised. We booked a “Mountain View” room, but the actual view was of the covered drive-up unloading area (portico), not the mountains. That was really disappointing and felt misleading. Elevator is broken, ice machine broken so they charge you $3 for a bag from the freezer, carpets were disgustingly dirty, moldings and bath tubs had mold, blinds in the room were broken.
