“The property location was perfect, close to lots of things. When we arrived we discovered the toilet was broken and the tv remote was missing. Communication was great to get these things fixed and replaced however the toilet never got fixed and communication deteriorated in regards to this. The property wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped, especially considering we had a small child staying with us who spent most of their time playing on the floor. “The apartment was large and very well appointed. It was basically clean, but there were some odd stains here and there that should have been removed before I checked in. (I cleaned some myself).
