"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No towels provide, bed was unmade on arrival, hot tub was not cleaned let alone heated for arrival. Was definitely not as advertised, a break to relax and recharge. Shocked Expedia continue to list."

"The Swan's Nest is in a great location, by the river and a short walk into the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our club room had a nice large comfortable bed, a separate sitting area with TV, the shower was really powerful and the bath robes were nice to have. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water were in the room, as was a small fridge. The room was slightly dated but this didn't affect our stay at all. Parking is limited, but worth the £10 charge (we stayed 1 night) We would definitely recommend this hotel."
