“Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly for a stay longer than two days. The beds were extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable over the course of my visit. Additionally, the pool was out of service. I only learned during my stay that it had been unavailable for quite some time, which was disappointing as this was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. “Clean, modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of outlets. Close to amenities.”

“The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel. The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her. Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.”
