"Overall very good experience! Food, staff, and resort are very nice! We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness especially with regards to the room. I dont think they cleaned our room once throughout the whole week. They made the bed (pulled the bed sheet very quickly), changed the towels, but other than that they didn’t clean anything in the room. Mitigated experience."

"This is wonderful resort with plenty of activities for children of all ages. Highly recommend the facilities on site and the all inclusive menu is of a good standard. We were let down by the staff as they put us in a room which is opposite Lyttos Mare and our telephone was only connecting to their reception. We always were greeted rudely by their staff and told to call another number, but that did not work. On many occasions we spoke with the staff to rectify this, but it never did get sorted....

"Excellent hotel, outstanding concierge (ladies in blue), very good food, housekeeping is a bit inconsistent, great big modern rooms each with a pool...splurge for the rooms with a gym mainly to get a 2x sized pool/terrace plus sauna, it is like an apartment."

"This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly placed. Easy 15-20 min walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed relaxing at the hotel, the beach was gorgeous and warm, the pool temp was perfectly maintained, the rooms were great! When we wanted to experience a more lively atmosphere we took a walk downtown and enjoyed the nightlife"
