"We were there overnight after a concert. So we checked in late and out early. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. The staff we interacted with was very polite and helpful."

"Several of the breakfast foods were questionable (rubbery sausage patties, tasteless mushy oatmeal, chicken tenders that didn't seem like chicken). Silverware didn't seem clean. Staff was attentive both at the front desk and kitchen. Bathroom shower wasn't cleaned well, slimey shower floor and some hairs present at checkin. The room was nice overall, poor sound insulation between rooms and the bedding was awful. Barely what could be called a comforter/blanket as top layer and pillows were so flat. We still had a good stay overall and I would still recommend this hotel as it seemed safe and clean for the most part. Bring your own pillows for sure. I appreciated the dog-friendly option and front desk was nice to keep us on the ground floor close to an exit door for pet potty breaks."

"There was no hot tub like it said/showed. The rooms shower faucet squeezed a very high pitch noise that was horrible. Our alarm clock went off at 6am in the morning which woke us up and was not set by us. My parents who also had a room said their alarm clock also went off at 6am as well. When I mentioned to staff she just said she would let maintenance know. It’s frustrating when you pay that much for one night and you can’t get a decent sleep or peaceful shower. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. I’m not sure though we would stay again. "

"The room hadn't even been swept, the room was beyond dusty, and the shower had mold in it. Then the hot tub was concreted in and no one told us about it being under construction. My kids were devastated, and the pool was freezing cold. Then the last straw was that the breakfast from all the pictures wasn't even real, in fact breakfast wasn't included at all. "

"Our room seemed to be an ADA accessible room (which we did not book and I hope that another guests wasn’t in need of this room). The overall cleanliness was not great. Bathroom mirror was filthy, counter tops and tables in room had remnants of dried liquids, dead bugs all over the top of the AC unit. No one came into our room the second day to clean so we had no towels. We called down for towels and none were delivered. We called again after waiting 30 minutes and we were told that they had no idea we needed towels and we would have to come get them ourselves. We would have just done that in the first place if we would have known. For the price we paid, it was just frustrating to not have a comfortable stay."
