“We had a wonderful stay at The Burrell House. The room was large, beautifully renovated with a well thought out design. It is a very short walk or drive to Main Street where there were a multitude of restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again soon. ”

“I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.”

Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. “For the price this isn’t a bad place, but I wouldn’t say I’d go out of my way to come back. Firstly, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom anywhere which was remediated very quickly, but really displays their lack of attention to details. Secondly, and more importantly, there was no seal on my door meaning the cold air from outside very easily seeped into the room. I’m so glad it wasn’t colder, because the heating unit was so loud I had to turn it off so it wouldn’t wake me up every time it...
