“This is the most beautiful hotel property we've ever seen, and we've been everywhere. Flowers everywhere. TV was a little small and hard to work but who needs that when you have a property like they do.”

“Beware of amenities fee- not disclosed at check in or check out. Got email with the fee- since not disclosed, it’s unfair to charge. The hotel staff seemed not too interested in listening to my concern. Followed up with an email about it. But hotel did not respond to my inquiry. One of bed sheets had weird stain.
