“The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you ”

“식당에서 인종차별이 노골적입니다. 돈 내고 식사하면서 정말 불쾌했어요. 아침에 부페를 먹고 있는 옆 테이블 현지인에게는 5분에 한 번꼴로 불편한건 없냐, 음식은 괜찮냐 끊임없이 묻는데... 저는..눈 마주쳐서 불러야 와서 주문 받고, 수프 먹게 스푼 좀 달라고 요청해야 겨우 갖다 주고, 커피 더 달라고 한 요청은 끝내 안 들어 줘서 기다리다 그냥 나왔어요. 오랜 전통이 인종차별에 녹아 있나 봅니다. 식당 종업원들의 태도 때문에 편안한 잠자리나 좋았던 점들을 다 깎아 내렸어요.”

“We were so pleased about the quality of the hotel. As shown in the photos, it looks almost brand new facility. It was good for family trip but will be also great for a biz trip as the location not that far from the core downtown of London. Highly recommend!”

“Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel.”
