Amenities in my room were very guest accommodating. Very clean , spacious and plush bedding & memory foam mattress made my stay comfortable. Staff services were excellent, professional with warm personalities. Best stay for me in Seoul!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

The hotel staff were all very kind. The room temperature was too hot on the day I checked in, and there was no thermostat in the room, so the front desk staff left at 10pm. It was so hot that night I couldn't get a good night's sleep, but I told the hotel staff the next morning and they adjusted ...
