"Very clean, modern hotel. Shuttle every 20 minutes to terminal 1 but only once an hour to terminal 2. Surprisingly, nowhere on site to get lunch with staff recommending 10 minute walk to neighboring property. Lovely bedroom but limited onsite facilities."

"My flight got cancelled unexpectedly in Incheon. Although the day was frustrating and chaotic, this hotel has changed everything for me and my three year old toddler. Clean, friendliest hotel staff we have ever met. Great airport shuttle, hospitality, facility. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to travelers! We also enjoyed their pool during our stay which was extremely clean and well maintained."

"Staying with 5 family, it was quite rare to find a room for 5 nearby with good connection to Incheon airport, this hotel was absolutely what i looked for. Nice staff and well organized free shuttle bus to the airport. I would stay here next trip again."

"The hotel was clean, convenient, and close to amenities. It is also very close to the airport for an overnight stay prior to travel. My only complaint, however, was that I was very hot sleeping as the A/C did not function correctly and would not cool the room. Other than that the staff were helpful and welcoming."

"We had a wonderful stay at Western Grace Hotel. The location is fantastic and very walkable, with a great variety of restaurants and eateries just steps away. The room was noticeably spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our highlight was definitely the in-room jetted tub overlooking the beautiful sea view—it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The air conditioning was strong and reliable, which was an absolute lifesaver during the hot Korean summer. Between the convenient setting, gorgeous views, and great amenities, it made our trip relaxing and hassle-free. Highly recommended!"
