“Breakfast was pretty basic and unfortunately we had to ask the front desk to refill the pancake batter, which they did immediately. Staff was helpful and gracious. Main areas were beautiful as was the location.”

“AC was broke. At 2am could not take it any longer they moved us to another room however system was down but they got us in another room. Staff was great property was kinda run down not staff fault needs money invested in new carpet etc.”

“My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. ”

“I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.”

“Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the exhaust fan couldn’t be shut off and it was extremely loud and rattled in the bathroom.”

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“The rooms smelled clean, they put us on the highway side of the building, very noisy most of the night with traffic. There was nobody available at the desk for checkout at 8 am, I left my keycard at the desk. The 1 staff person I dealt with was just there. Ok place to stay but that is all.”

“We had to change rooms when we got there we needed her refrigerator they changed the refrigerator the next refrigerator didn't work come to find out the outlets didn't even work there wasn't covers over the light switches or the outlets in the first room we were at the next room we went into at least the refrigerator worked my husband went in to take a shower you turn the water over on hot and the water went off the tub was filling up with water we had to again call the help desk tell them what...
