"The pictures made it look a lot nicer than it was. The public spaces that we never needed were nice like in the photos, but the rest of the apartment did not look like the pictures. We were disappointed. The location was within walking distance of the city and there was a Target and Whole Foods very close by. It is next to a freeway entrance, and the commuter train that we heard all night. Worst of all, there was construction right across the street that was going all night long with police lights flashing to shut down the road. The road is right next to the bedroom that we were sleeping in, so there was noise and lights all night. The staff was friendly, the washer and dryer in our room was brand new, the kitchen was remodeled and up to date, air conditioning worked great. I won’t stay again. "

"The facility was nicely designed, modern and clean with convenient nice touches in the room. There is a peekaboo view of the river and a nice lap pool to swim. It is conveniently located with an easy walk to good food, desserts and coffee. Lots of music and live bands too, so it will get noisy in the room as the sound echos. On a Fri-Sat night it will be loud music and go on to 2am but on Sunday and week nights it wasn’t too loud. We had 2 rooms, my wife and I and our 2 adult kids enjoyed our stay!"

"I always stay at this hotel because its on thr same block as Mohawks music venue. Short walk to concerts. The hotel is clean and the staff is always friendly. Decent price for valet and good breakfast. "

"As mentioned, the daily buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of this property. Special kudos goes to Nicolasa and Ana from the breakfast staff for their excellent work. It is so rare that you can find thin bacon that is not entirely over cooked and they both kept the food stocked despite busy and aggressive crowds. Another dissapointing swimming pool. I suppose they don't want to heat it sufficiently so as to prevent algae build up, but it is not comfortable to swim in. Additionally, they closed the hotel's front desk on Neches Street and combined it with Hotel Indigo's front desk which faces Red River Street. It is confusing upon arrival and the walk to your room can be quite lengthy. Our room was the farthest away from the front desk as any. Fortunately, we like to walk. If we were much older or handicapped, it would not be ideal. The room was good, fresh brewed hot coffee and hot water 7/24, friendly staff, and a great location make this hotel a good choice. "
