"The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers...
