“A great place to stay! The hotel combined two of the officer's quarters from Fort Seward to make a beautiful building. While the building is from the early 1900s, it is beautifully maintained. The owner is very helpful - he went so far as to dig out a socket wrench to help me with an errant piece of photo equipment. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I stayed at Cape Fox Lodge about 6 or 7 years ago. This lodge was on the level of other premiere lodges in the northwest I love the location the views and the architectural style of the lodge. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the building and rooms are well overdue for a refresh. The menus in both restaurants were not as upscale as they were for my prior visit. The service was not on the same level either. The pictures in the museum had dogeared corners. The tram was broken and...

“I loved my room, its amenities and the location. Staff were really nice.”

“The staff and owner went out of their way to accommodate our needs. While the location is a bit odd (a small strip mall) the actual inn is very well maintained and clean. The inn is very near the Sitka National Historical Park with lots of trails for hiking. Breakfast items are available around the clock.”
