My complaint isn't with the hotel, it's with Hotels.com, who by law is to advise of resort fees. Additionally, booking clearly states the price includes all taxes and fees. Therefore, it came as a surprise to be charged a resort fee upon check in. I will certainly think twice before booking again with Hotels.com."

"For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!"
