"This was my first time to NYC. For reference, solo female on business travel. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! It is close to SO MANY AMAZING RESTAURANTS. Since I was there on business, this was a huge plus for me. But, if you’re a foodie and you like shopping, this place is in the perfect location. Also, TOTALLY WORTH upgrading to the balcony rooms. Staff is wonderful, super kind and helpful. OH- and shout out to the housekeeping folks who were so quick and great at their job! I’ll definitely stay here again."
