"Not worth the price at all!! For being recently remodeled, the water pressure was nonexistent and rooms need better sound proof doors. I could hear all my neighbors and everything going on in the hallway, I got no sleep at all."

"Room was okay, The bath faucet needs repair. We had to yank it to have it work, but even then it was tricky to get good temperature water. Furniture was almost broken or stuck. The building door was broken and our key kept stop working so we had to go to the front desk several times to switch it out to get in the building or room. The pool and water play area was nice for the kids. Breakfast food was decent, the staff was mixed, It was whether really nice staff or workers that were there to just do their job."

"We've been staying at Hotel Burbank twice a year for at least 3 or 4 years. It has everything going for it EXCEPT they will not give you daily room cleaning service. All I really want is fresh towels and wastebaskets emptied. I don't think this is asking too much. Hotels did this before Covid, but now they are iffy because it saves them money by hiring fewer staff. Hotel Burbank tells you that all you need to do is request service the day before you want. So on check in, I ask and they assure me they are noting it down and it doesn't happen! I end up calling the front desk or stopping people servicing the empty rooms to get fresh towels. On the other hand, I'm saving money on the tip I put out that never gets picked up because no one comes. The location is great -- you can walk to nice restaurants and shops. The hotel itself offers some decent food choices. I'd give it higher marks if they would simply fulfill their promise of serving the room."

"I'm very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. When we arrived the person checking us in gave us a parking pass along with our room keys. I informed him we had pets so I signed the pet fee waiver. The parking pass had no information to imply the parking wasnt included nor were we told when we checked in that it would be an add on (unlike the pet fee which we had to sign for). We went in and out of that lot at least 10 times and did not see any signage. Come to check out we were charged 160$ extra for parking. When I emailed the woman said it was in the fine print but why wasnt there an authorize charge request like with the pet fee or with say room service. You can "fine print" me all you want but its pretty sneaky and dishonest to give your guests a parking pass without informing them of the charge. Even the 4$ bottle of water in the room is clearly stated the price. Also the room we reserved was not available so we had to be downgraded to one with no outdoor space which was annoying because agian we reserved it for our pets. All I'm expecting from a business is transparency. They lable the bottled water, pet fee, room service ect with pricing. Why not parking?"

"Hotel was set up well. All the amenities and staff was overly helpful. The shuttle service to Disney was amazing and always available."

"Check in was fast and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we found out that our vehicle (after the fact) was damaged while parked at the Valet Parking and did not know this until we arrived home."
