"There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. Not only did they not cancel the reservation as would have been completely in their right to pet policy, they were completely understanding and reassuring. Jaime and Corey are exactly what hospitality should be. They reflect the principles and values of the industry and regardless of what I asked for, they were responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my reservation and they not only had absolutely no problem keeping me in the same incredible room, they also made sure there was no increase in my rate. I travel for business all the time and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the industry, Element is right there at the top. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, regardless of how upscale or nice another hotel may or may not be, as long as I’m coming to Jacksonville, I’m staying at Element. Thank you guys."
