"Beautiful quaint hotel suite with everything we could have needed including an excellent breakfast! The only reason for docking one star was for the low flow shower heads - for the price you are paying per night that water should flow fast to give you an invigorating steamy shower not one you need to keep turning circles in to keep warm because the shower head delivers only a thin stream of water."

"Great location for walking to all the sites & plenty of food options nearby. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. I felt safe at all times & enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea each morning. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly or helpful staff. Ann at the front desk was the best and we looked forward to seeing her each day as we went on our daily adventures. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to beautiful Victoria, BC."
