Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. Very happy with the check in and check out process and I appreciated the access code for the room rather than a physical key. Nice interior and comfortable beds as well as a comfy large couch on top of that."

"Although the staff were polite, they were not very helpful. We arrived late in the evening and had to stand around for a significant period of time before anyone came to help. They had many free toiletries available which we only found out on day two were available to all visitors. Given it was our first trip to Japan, it would have been nice to be better supported."
